I started Bentley Bowes Consulting because I genuinely love helping businesses work better - solving problems, bringing order to the messy stuff and turning the things everyone knows need to happen into things that actually get done.

I’ve spent more than 20 years working across multiple industries, from large corporations to growing small businesses. Along the way, I’ve led teams, built processes, implemented technology, managed complex projects and helped organizations navigate significant growth and change.

 

I’ve seen firsthand how the right people, processes and technology can transform a business, and how quickly things can fall off track without them.

Today, I bring that experience to business owners and leaders who need someone who can step in, make sense of what’s going on and help move things forward. I'm someone who can step back and see the big picture, then roll up my sleeves and get into the details.
